Construction site on the so-called “Revaler Spitz” in Berlin/Friedrichshain on Simplon Straße / Haasestraße.
You can hear the (ground)water in tubes and pipes that is beeing pumped out of construction site and some cars driving in the back on the cobbled street.
A pedestrian told me that the houses that stood there before hosted some factories/workshops and a bar/club and that they have been teared down just in few weeks from noew.
Now you can already see the fundement and basements of some new (i guess fancy) apartment houses.
Duration of the construction site is written down till 1st of May 2016 6pm!
