One of the last sunny summer days on Böhmisches Platz in Rixdorf. people sitting around eating, chatting, grabing last shafts of sunlight. Kids and adults playing table tennis. Cars and bikes passing by.

Chinese new years celebrations in the city center of Birmingham. First i tried to catch the chinese rattle drums and some whistle, but when i finally unpacked and started recording they were gone. Got stranded in the old fashioned Tjöruhúsið for a concert of Skúli Mennski. We also got a really nice fish-buffet and also a concert of Mugison. And we met a really nice local family. Thanks for the nice evening. nearly no tourists – lots of locals.
