two drive-overs: one slow and you can hear the scratching noise of the Saabs breaks, the second another faster car. on road 85 right after Húsavík before crossing Skjálfandafljót.

this Ristarhlið before Máná (on road 85) got a nice resonance frequency. the first drive-over is the old saab. recorded right before the Mánárbakki Museum, which we did not see. This sounds interesting: “Mánárbakki Museum. The folk museum at Mánárbakki is a unique museum of things from…” (taken from http://www.diamondcircle.is/manarbakki). It just stopps here!

this is really nice one. lots of metal-rattle. right on the parking lot at Sundlaugin Selárdal.
after making it over the mountain pass, right before the small river Dalsa. again – the old Saab driving over the Ristarhlið
Right before arriving at Seyðisfjörður – maybe one of the nicest villages in Iceland. if you ever get there, don’t miss to get a beer (eg. Skjálfti) and say hello to all those nice people there in Skaftfell.
on road 96 before arriving at Reydarfjördur. now even three cars drove over the Ristarhlið while recording.
